Ricardo Anselmo
Ricardo Anselmo is the architect and founder of all the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course at Instituto Superior Técnico - Lisbon. During the first eight years he trained and supervised more than one hundred and forty participants from all different areas and industries, including c-level management. He has a teaching experience with more than one thousand and two hunderd hours. Aside from his academic profile, Ricardo was a project leader in Volkswagen Autoeuropa and in starwood hotels and resorts as an operation innovation director. In total, he deployed and supervised more than ninety two projects. One of the two published books, named Lean Six Sigma For Any Business was sponsored in an economic portuguese tv show "Negócios da Semana" and is available in the best bookstores such as Bertrand, Fnac or Amazon. He published to date more than 30 written articles, always with the mission to expand the knowledge frontiers, of this fascinating area that is problem solving. He also appeared in the engineers portuguese magazine, in the Exame magazine, on the tv and on the radio to talk about management. In 2017 he helped to deploy the CCPM strategic and tactic tree in a portuguese company - Zeugma.
