About this Presentation

This presentation will delve into a case study of a manufacturing company's innovative approach to contract design. The company, a major player with worldwide operations, embarked on a journey to build a greenfield manufacturing plant in Poland. Instead of following the traditional win-lose approach to contract design, they challenged the status quo by negotiating a novel contract that paved the way for implementing the Critical Chain Project Management in the project.
