About this Presentation
Innovation is a driving force in our world. We need to know how to manage it from development to implementation. Using Goldratt's 6 questions of technology and Christensen's framework of innovation we offer a business process to do just that.
What Will You Learn
To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.
Technology can create benefit if and only if it diminishes a limitation. This is the basic rule of technology that Dr. Goldratt gave us.
Innovation comes in three forms: sustaining, evolutionary, and disruptive. Sustaining innovation is the incumbent's playground, while disruptive innovation is where the new kids on the block play.
The Technology Support Network (TSN) is crucial for realizing the value potential of a technological innovation. It includes products, services, rules, regulations, people, thoughts, beliefs, etc.
