About this Presentation

Discuss examples of how taking advantage of the LLMs makes sufficiency-based logical analysis practical in situations where it traditionally hasn’t been, and how an untrained user can achieve mastery in logical analysis with the assistance of AI.

What Will You Learn

To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.

Plane
The session explores how AI can act as a structured thinking partner — helping practitioners formalize cause-and-effect relationships and reduce effort in TOC logic modeling rather than replacing human judgment.
It highlights that AI’s greatest value in TOC comes from its ability to support logical reasoning and assumption testing rather than functioning as an autonomous decision-maker.
The presentation draws attention to how blending AI with TOC Thinking Processes (like CRTs and conflict analysis) accelerates problem framing and solution exploration while maintaining causal clarity.
It also addresses the limitations and risks of AI — such as inconsistent outputs and over-trust in generative systems — and emphasizes that AI must be disciplined with TOC logic to be useful.
