Kenneth Francis
Kenneth Francis is a Flight Test Engineer with nearly 40 years of experience in both private industry and government, currently working in the Advanced Planning Branch at Edwards Air Force Base, California.
In 1997, he led the first implementation of Critical Chain in the U.S. Department of Defense.
He earned a BSME from the University of Notre Dame and an MSSM from the University of Southern California.
Kenneth is married and has two children.
