The goal of the presentation is to show how the staggering of the projects was organized in a $500 million revenue oil service company and how the critical chain project management (CCPM) methodology allowed us to achieve 92% of the projects on time and within budget. The key learning points are based on case studies relating to two real information technology (IT) projects.
