Charitable giving was a $390 billion enterprise in 2016. There are over 1 million non-profits registered in the USA along. These for cause organizations touch people's lives. Sadly, there are too many of them spending 70+% of donations in administration costs with little going to the actual cause itself. Watch dog agencies help to rate organizations but, they are not helpful enough. It is often very hard to find out how a donation actually improves the cause, where and how to get the most out of the donations. This presentation augments current guidelines with TOC principles that guarantee all of most donations go directly to the cause. It includes many example success stories working with charities.
