Suzan Bergland

Suzan has worked with numerous organizations to help them improve their bottom-line results and create a sustainable competitive advantage. She is a Jonah’s Jonah and has extensive experience in implementing all aspects of the TOC Body of Knowledge. In addition she has broad experience in applying Lean and Six Sigma including the integration of these methods with TOC. Suzan is the President of the North American Group and a Partner of the Goldratt Institute. She holds a Bachelors degree from Furman University, a Masters degree from Converse College, and a Masters degree in Quality Management from Loyola University in New Orleans. She is a founder and lifetime member of TOCICO and holds all six TOCICO certifications. She is also a member of APICS and ASQ and holds three ASQ Certifications: Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer

David Bergland

David Bergland is an Advisory TOC Consultant at AGI and an AGI Jonah certified in all TOC application areas. He is the Founder and Partner of TOC Solutions, LLC, and served as the first Stanley Chair of Interdisciplinary Engineering at Iowa State University, where he taught TOC and TRIZ. David also served as Head of the Executive Consulting Department at AT&T Bell Laboratories and received an Honorable Mention as the Eta Kappa Nu Outstanding Young Electrical Engineer. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Physics and attended the in-house AT&T MBA program.
