Eli Schragenheim is a well-known international management educator, author and consultant active in various fields of management. He worked with a huge variety of organizations all over the world, including public-sector organizations, industrial, high-tech and start-ups. Since he had joined Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt, the famous creator of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) in 1985, Eli Schragenheim had taught, spoke at conferences, and consulted all over the globe. Eli Schragenheim is the author of several books on various aspects of management. His last book, Throughput Economics – Making Good Management Decisions, together with Henry Camp and Rocco Surace, was published in July 2019. Eli Schragenheim first book Management Dilemmas (1998) showed a variety of problematic situations in management and the rigorous analysis leading to the right solution. Next he collaborated with William H. Dettmer in writing Manufacturing at Warp Speed. In this book the new concept of Simplified-DBR, now a key concept in production planning according to TOC, was introduced. He collaborated with Carol A. Ptak on ERP, Tools, Techniques, and Applications for Integrating the Supply Chain, and with Dr. Goldratt and Carol Ptak on Necessary but Not Sufficient. In 2009 his book Supply Chain Management at Warp Speed, with William H. Dettmer and Wayne Patterson was published. In March 2015, Eli has opened a blog, now containing more than 140 articles on various topics in TOC that everybody can access.

Alka Wadhwa is an experienced consultant and process improvement expert with over 24 years of expertise in the Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Six Sigma, and organizational performance optimization. She has successfully led projects in healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing, driving significant improvements such as a 67% boost in hospital operations and a 140% increase in outpatient visits. Previously, Alka Wadhwa spent 17+ years at GE Global Research Center, where she led initiatives to enhance various GE businesses through advanced technologies, process redesign, and system optimization. Founder of Better Solutions Consulting, LLC, she specializes in using TOC, Six Sigma, and data analytics to streamline operations and build high-performance teams. Her work has earned her multiple accolades, including the Empire State Award of Excellence in healthcare.

Mindaugas Voldemaras is a co-founder of Enterprise Space, Inc., a company that is building an ERP SaaS solution based on TOC principles for mid-sized manufacturing companies. He is also a co-founder of TOC Sales and Marketing, which has been implementing TOC in sales for industry leaders in Aviation, Transportation, Energy, Telco, and various manufacturing sectors since 2012. Mindaugas has extensive experience as a hard-tech entrepreneur and innovator. He has launched the TOC Operations MBA course at the ISM Executive School in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Gediminas Balodas holds an MBA from Vytautas Magnus University, earned between 1998 and 2001, and a degree in Chemical Process Control Engineering from Kaunas University Of Technology, completed from 1987 to 1993. Additionally, he has enriched his knowledge with various certifications and educational experiences. He has been a participant and speaker in numerous TOCICO, Exepron, and other conferences from 2004 to 2020. Since 2006, Gediminas has been a TOCICO certified TOC Practitioner in Supply Chain and completed the Goldratt Schools' TOC Application Expert program from 2005 to 2006. He also attended the AGI (Avraham Goldratt Institute) Jonah Course in New Haven, USA, in 2002. In his professional journey, Gediminas has served as a TOC Consultant since 2005, where he has played a pivotal role in orchestrating successful implementations across various industries. He has led initiatives in more than 20 large and mid-size companies, spanning manufacturing, distribution, and project management sectors in Lithuania, Russia, Europe, and India. Notably, Gediminas collaborated with Eli Schragenheim on consulting projects in large Russian companies between 2012 and 2014. Since 2023, he has also assumed the role of co-founder at Enterprise Space, Inc., focusing on the development of ERP solutions tailored for TOC methodologies.
