About this Presentation
We have developed a unique ETO (Engineering to Order) solution with a large company called FLSmidth. FLSmidth is a 3 B$ Danish company, the world leader in the minerals and cement industry (www.flsmidth.com). We implemented the solution in China, India and now also in their plants in Poland, Australia and US. The change included one flow of engineering work, to procurement (sourcing and buying) to MTO (and some MTA in the US plant) production, to one holistic flow. Video length: . PDF: slides.
