Plane
This workshop appears designed to give candidates a structured roadmap through the Finance and Measures certification body of knowledge, helping them see how the financial, logical, and logistical pieces connect rather than studying them in isolation.
A major takeaway is that the review is broad and rigorous. It covers finance and accounting fundamentals, TOC Thinking Processes for Finance and Measures, finance and logistical solutions, and an integrated holistic decision-making case.
The session seems especially valuable because it is organized into major parts and subparts with supporting materials, suggesting that attendees are guided through the structure of the exam as well as the content behind it.
More than a test-prep workshop, this presentation appears to reinforce how TOC Finance and Measures should be used in practice: not just as accounting knowledge, but as part of a larger decision-making framework that links measurement to system performance.
