Bharat Sharma
Bharat Sharma is a Program Manager with over a decade of experience in the defense industry. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Amity University, India, and began his career with BAE Systems in 2013. Starting in business development in India, he worked closely with customers to develop opportunities across a range of platforms and systems. After four years, he transitioned to project management within Weapons Systems UK, where, as part of the program team, he collaborated with governments as a trusted partner and was embedded at the Ministry of Defense firing range in India to ensure the safe and successful completion of live firing trials.
Seeking to broaden his experience, he relocated to the UK in 2023, where he continues to lead complex defense projects, championing critical chain planning and embedding a focused execution mindset within the business while leveraging his cross-functional background.*
