Bernard Milian
Bernard Milian has nearly 40 years of experience in developing agility within industrial and distribution supply chains. He brings over 25 years of expertise in Supply Chain Management and Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma transformation. Bernard has served as a Supply Chain Director for French subsidiaries of world-class corporations across various industries, including automotive, electronics, medical devices, furniture, and metallurgy, in both B2B and B2C manufacturing and distribution environments. Since 2014, he has been a key player in introducing Demand Driven tactics in France and Europe. As Managing Director of Demand Driven Technologies Europe, he supports enterprise-wide supply chain transformations based on the Theory of Constraints (TOC).
