Learn how Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) can be successfully implemented in large corporate environments using simple tools and disciplined behaviors rather than proprietary software.
Understand why reliance on software alone often fails to address core execution issues such as resource contention, priorities, and human behavior.
See how clear roles, visual planning artifacts, and consistent governance rules empower teams to focus on the true constraint and improve flow.
Gain insight into practical lessons from real engagements with major clients showing how low-tech CCPM adoption can still deliver predictable schedules, better collaboration, and measurable performance gains.
