About this Presentation
The goal is to introduce a roadmap to implement a process of on-going improvement (POOGI) resulting in substantial capacity increases and bottom line results. Key learning points are: 1. Implementing POOGI may force you to re-implement an already working drum buffer rope (DBR) process. 2. You can't effectively collect POOGI statistics without an automated tool in a large manufacturing facility. 3. Don't underestimate how much it takes to properly de-couple key points in the production process in order to enable consistent DBR performance.
