About this Presentation
When GSK set out to improve its cybersecurity and tech upgrade processes, the team ran into a familiar problem—too many requests, unclear priorities, and slow execution. Sites struggled to engage the right teams, while the tech department was buried in unprioritized tasks. Initially, tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, and Jira helped, but they weren’t enough to fix the deeper issues.
In Q3/2023, GSK adopted CCPM and Lynx, bringing structure and speed to project execution. By limiting work-in-progress (WIP), creating clear execution templates, and using TameFlow boards for task tracking, the company saw a 35-40% reduction in lead times. Teams could now focus on the right work at the right time, leading to faster results and better collaboration.
This session walks through GSK’s real-world experience, sharing what worked, what didn’t, and how CCPM and Lynx can help any organization facing similar challenges

In 2006, A-dato was started out of the belief that people, teams and organizations should be able to collaborate smoothly and effectively when pursuing their goals and ambitions. In order to do so, we created the LYNX, a software for Multi-Project and Portfolio management solutions inspired by the principles from Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).
LYNX Software is used by leading companies worldwide such as Airbus, Bosch, Diamond Air, Endress and Zeiss, and enables them to optimize and synchronize workflows across their total portfolio and project management landscape.
LYNX is easy to implement and scales to fit the needs from small to large organizations. Moreover, Agile and Kanban workflows are fully integrated through LYNX TameFlow with the flexibility to customize the implementation and configure processes as needed.
