About this Presentation
Whether new consultants or seasoned ones, there will be TOC consultants who overestimate their ability to teach the tools, and there will be others who are highly experienced but underestimate the complexity of the tools, assuming that others know them as well as they do. This presentation will address some of the challenges TOC consultants may face when teaching and using the tools with others, as well as offering insights on navigating these obstacles and fostering a more meaningful learning experience for everyone involved.

Lauren Clark
Lauren is from Sydney, Australia and is the Course Director for the BBIT courses at ViAGO. Since joining the team in 2019, Lauren works alongside the BBIT team to ensure the coordination and organisation of successfully run BBIT courses for participants from all different industries from around the world.
In her life outside of work, Lauren has a degree in Journalism and Criminology, is an avid reader of all thing’s books, reading any book she can get her hands on, particularly autobiographies and crime novels. Lauren loves nature walks and her morning coffee. This is Lauren’s second year at the TOCICO conference.
