Antonio Vasco Nunes Brasil works as a business and / or personnel consultant in the application of knowledge based on the Theory of Constraints (ToC) and Critical Chain in automotive environments, defense, aerospace, aeronautics, information technology (IT) and production. He taught courses/workshops in Critical Chain Project Management, Management Skills (MSW) and Introduction to ToC Thinking processes. Participated in the design and implementation of a decision support system in the (multiple projects) environment of Embraer’s Product Development and Technology Engineering, using ToC and Critical Chain to support the project portfolio and administration. He worked as a systems engineer and later as an equipment engineer in the development of products of high complexity and low production cadence. He led teams of projects of high technological content and multiple nationalities. Participated in complete cycles, from the creation and / or transfer of technology to the development of markets and implementation of the industry. Participated in projects in Italy, France and Brazil. Received the commendation of the Ordem do Mérito Aeronáutico (Order of Aeronautical Merit) in 2006. He holds a postgraduate degree in Integrated Administration of Companies – FECAP (1994). He is Jonah by AGI – Br (Avraham Goldratt Institute – Brazil). He studies, teaches and practices Theory of Constraints since 1991. Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from ITA (1977).
