About this Presentation
While managing change in TOC projects the proposed changes are significant and even with the traditional tools and techniques (buy-in layers, change matrix, etc.) the risk perceptions (and consequently the resistance) is quite high. Also many implementations do not reach the proposed objectives even after overcoming the resistance to change. In this presentation we’ll explore why these two problems occur and propose pilots in the TOC way as the most effective solution to manage change on an ongoing basis. After the problem is described and the solution is detailed we’ll describe a two-level S&T to guide all and any pilots done in TOC projects.
