About this Presentation
This case study presentation is based on 10+ years of using Dr. Holt´s S-CCPM solution to focus (and elevate) management attention capacity. Different environments, different types of projects, different people acting on different kinds of action networks have achieved the same kind of results: More projects, faster deliveries, more capacity revealed, causing agile evolution of their systems. Insights will be shared about how to carry out 4 flow principles into action in multi-project environments and how few changes cause a big impact on reality.
What Will You Learn
To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.
Learn how S-CCPM (Simplified Critical Chain Project Management) helps focus leadership attention on the most important project and organizational constraints rather than dispersed low-value activities.
Understand why traditional reporting and status dashboards often fail to capture the real execution risks and how S-CCPM highlights constraint stress to prompt timely management action.
See how visual indicators, simplified metrics, and feeding buffers help teams and leaders surface priority issues and coordinate responses more effectively.
Gain insight into practical ways S-CCPM increases transparency and accelerates decision-making without adding unnecessary complexity to governance or tools.
