Visual Project Management is a simplified approach to critical chain project management (CCPM) that relaxes many project management tools, simplifies reporting and tracks projects using buffer management. Simplified critical chain project management (SCCPM) presents individual and multiple projects in such a way that management, workers and customers all agree with needed management actions.
