2008 is a year of disaster for Harbona Packaging Co. Ltd, located in Hong Kong SAR, China. one of the plastic bag manufacturers in China. Confronted with many negative factors (undesirable effects UDEs), Harbona determines to strike for survival by implementing a decisive management philosophy. The philosophy is called Solution for Profits in the TOC way by DataDevelop Consulting Ltd..
