About this Presentation

By standing on the shoulders of giants in public administration, business management, and the Theory of Constraints, this presentation centers upon the importance of governments’ ability to meet the needs of society by consistently producing quality public value. TOC has the ability to align goals, strategy, focus, behavior, and processes in the public sector, but many of the giants who developed these innovative concepts have never met the giants of public management; this presentation aims to change that and point the way forward for government.
