About this Presentation
The panel consists of Michael Demere (moderator), Lee Anne Demere (his wife), Dwight Drumtra (an engineer several years removed from college and an attendee at eight Odyssey programs), Holly Weyler (a college student) and Ana Maria Conde (a high school student). Michael describes the Odyssey program as providing an opportunity to meet people from around the world, be exposed to alternative ways of thinking, help you review your life and provide a new perspective on your choices. The organization of five days facilitated by experienced TOC practitioners and three days taught by Eli Goldratt is described. Their insights into attending the Odyssey course, their experiences using the thinking process tools, the value of the tools, etc. are discussed.

Michael Demere
Michael is a seasoned leader with a rich background in sales and operations across various industries. He has been deeply involved in Theory of Constraints (TOC) since the early 1990’s, driving impactful transformations in aerospace, distribution, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and printing sectors, including spearheading Viable Vision initiatives. A dedicated member of TOCICO since 2002, Michael holds certifications in the Thinking Processes, Finance and Measures, and Supply Chain Logistics, along with completing The Jonah Course from The Goldratt Institute. His commitment to the field is further evidenced by his as a Fundamentals Exam grading team member. Michael earned his BA from the University of Tennessee and went on to attain an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Operations Management from Tulane University.
