Robert Fox

Robert is a world leader in the development of improvement strategies. He co-founded the Goldratt Institute and was the original partner with Eli Goldratt. He subsequently founded other organizations focused on helping others implement and benefit from these strategies. Some of the notable successes occurred at Proctor & Gamble, ITT, First Solar, US Air Force System Command and the State of Utah. He has helped a myriad of smaller and mid size organizations achieve significant bottom line results, He co-authored The Race,The Theory of Constraints Journal and Profitability with No Boundaries. He and has demonstrated outstanding skills in coaching senior executives and getting all levels of an organization to adopt and implement improvement strategies. His work was recognized with establishment of The Fox Award for significant contributions to improving organizations. Winners of The Fox Award include such luminaries as Steven Covey, Peter Senge, Joel Barker, Dr Edward Deming (posthumously) and Dr James Holt as well as several major corporations. He has broad experience in how organizations function beginning as foreman in a steel mill, working as an interdivisional engineer, directing manufacturing in a multi plant environment, having profit and loss responsibility in three different organizations, and working as a partner in a major international consulting firm Hi interest today lies in helping spur growth and profitability in small to medium size organizations.
