About this Presentation
In our lives we face both good and bad moments. All these moments are opportunities. How well we capitalize on them depends on how conscious we are of our lives — our values, our goals, and our needs. This workshop highlights how we can successfully apply TOC tools to our personal lives (branch, cloud, ambitious target tree, etc) to understand complex personal situations and clearly focus on the end goal. During his presentation, Maciej will share his private story: from divorce, losing his company and being on the verge of giving it all up to ultimately turning it all around with the help of TOC. Maciej Winiarek: Manager, educator, trainer, tutor, publisher - post graduate studies in Management at Gdansk University (Poland) and excellent English language proficiency. Worked in corporate, responsible for restructure of company, building new businesses, new teams, new strategies. More than 15 years of experience in the areas of educational publishing – focus on innovative learning, management, design and evaluation of development and education projects. Working with TOC since 2006, he is TOCFE Director for Poland, trained around 5 ths. directors and teachers in Poland. He is also co-owner of first critical thinking school (with TOC) in Poland – “Thinking Zone”.
