In this presentation two particularly important TOC concepts that are used in Neogrid solutions will be covered: Dynamic Buffer Management (DBM) and Mafia Offer. DBM enables the Neogrid solutions to dynamically manage our customers' inventories, automatically adjusting buffers according to end consumer demand. Therefore, Neogrid offers the necessary resources for a better interpretation of seasonality and sudden changes in retail demands. The concept Mafia Offer allows our customers to analyze performance of their operations through indicators such as TVD and IVD, thus, they can monitor the gains that retailers have when using our solutions.
