Christopher Boyk started his career as an IT professional but read the book the goal during his doctoral studies and feel in love with TOC. He has implemented Drum-Buffer-Rope, Supply Chain, and Critical Chain Project/Portfolio Management in several companies ranging from utilities, IT, home builders, road construction, logistics firms, and retailers. For 15 years Chris worked in the United States utility industry. Today he is the owner of Boyk Consulting Inc and living his dream of helping his customers succeed in uncertain times. His service for non-profits ranges from being on multiple non-profit boards in his community and on one international organizations board. He teaches project management at multiple online universities.
