2020 TOCICO International Conference

The 18th Annual Worldwide Gathering of TOC Professionals, held virtually from June 22–26, 2020, brought together Theory of Constraints practitioners, business leaders, educators, researchers, and consultants from around the world to share TOC insights during a time of global disruption.

Conference sessions focused on cash constraints, supply chain disruption, healthcare improvement, Critical Chain Project Management, demand-driven replenishment, technology, government, service organizations, and organizational resilience. Through case studies, workshops, and presentations, speakers explored how TOC principles can help organizations improve flow, make better decisions, manage uncertainty, and adapt quickly in complex and rapidly changing environments.
