2019 TOCICO International Conference

The 17th Annual Worldwide Gathering of TOC Professionals, held in Chicago, Illinois, July 14–17, 2019, brought together Theory of Constraints practitioners, business leaders, educators, researchers, and consultants from around the world to exchange ideas, share implementation experiences, and explore the latest developments in TOC applications and methodologies.

Through a diverse program of presentations, workshops, and case studies, attendees examined practical TOC solutions in manufacturing, supply chain management, project management, healthcare, government, education, finance, retail, software development, and organizational strategy. The conference highlighted innovative approaches for improving flow, increasing throughput, managing complexity, accelerating project delivery, and achieving sustainable organizational growth across a wide range of industries.
