2018 TOCICO International Conference

The TOCICO Theory of Constraints International Conference: 16th Annual Worldwide Gathering of TOC Professionals, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from April 29–May 1, 2018, brought together Theory of Constraints practitioners, business leaders, consultants, researchers, and educators from around the world to share innovative applications, implementation experiences, and new developments in the TOC body of knowledge.

Conference presentations explored a wide range of topics including supply chain and replenishment, production and operations, Critical Chain Project Management, throughput accounting, healthcare, education, marketing, organizational transformation, and thinking processes. Through case studies, workshops, and keynote presentations, speakers demonstrated how TOC principles can help organizations improve flow, increase profitability, accelerate growth, strengthen decision-making, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage across diverse industries.

The event showcased both practical implementation successes and emerging TOC innovations, highlighting the ongoing evolution of the Theory of Constraints as a powerful framework for solving complex organizational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

    In May 2017, 15 teachers from 2 public schools saw great results using TOC for Education thinking tools. Next year, the municipal school network will train 600 educators to use TOC thinking processes.
