TOC Innovation Summit 2024

The TOC Innovation Summit 2024, held in Bad Nauheim, Germany from September 29 – October 2, 2024, brought the global Theory of Constraints community together for four days of focused learning, practical case studies, and meaningful connection. With more than 60 presentations and hands-on workshops across four days, the Summit explored one unifying theme: how organizations can improve flow, increase throughput, and build sustainable competitive advantage by identifying and managing their constraints. From healthcare and aerospace to retail, government, engineering, advanced manufacturing, and technology, practitioners shared real-world implementations—not theory alone, but measurable results. This presentation bundle captures the insights, methods, and breakthroughs presented during the Summit, extending their value far beyond the event itself.
